Using a vision-mapping process, we’ll explore your team’s vision for creating a thriving workplace that challenges a burned out culture.

2. All-Staff Gathering: We’ll review vision mapping findings, explore shared perspectives, and identify three key priority areas and system changes to improve staff retention and well-being.

3. Robust Toolkit: Your organization will receive a comprehensive toolkit for ongoing support, along with two semi-annual check-ins to evaluate progress.
